Dear Diary,
I have never really explored my school, until today. It's crazy how we choose friends who are just like ourselves. I've noticed that there are the "cholo's" and "chola's", the African Americans, the geeks, the trouble-makers, and then there's my group; mixed with different varieties of races. I mean no one is a racist here, unless it's low-key, but it's just weird how people separate themselves into their "kind" of people.
Sometimes I overthink it, but why is it that people separate from one another? I always wonder about what it would be like to mix in with everyone else. There would be no groups, just one gigantic group. But I know that will never happen, because everyone is comfortable with where they hangout and chill. It was only a thought, but it would be nice to have a change. Maybe I can make a change? Change can be good.
